Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for SM Consulting and Digital Design Services Effective Date: 4/3/2025 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by SM Consulting and Digital Design ("we," "us," "our"). By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. 1. Payment Terms Payments for services are due upon invoice unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards, Apple/Google Pay, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, and PayPal. 2. Refund Policy Refunds are only issued if: Services Not Rendered: A full refund will be provided if services are not delivered within a reasonable time frame. Client Dissatisfaction: Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction unless the work does not meet agreed-upon specifications. If issues arise, we will offer revisions, and partial or full refunds may be considered depending on the situation. 3. Cancellations You may cancel a project up to 3 days before the scheduled start date without penalty. Cancellations made after this period will incur a fee of 35% of the total service fee to cover preparation costs. 4. Rescheduling Policy To reschedule a meeting or service delivery date, we require at least 48Hr notice. Requests made less than 48Hr in advance may incur a rescheduling fee of 20%. We will attempt to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability. 5. Delays and Extensions Delays caused by your failure to provide necessary materials or approvals may result in an extension of the timeline and additional charges. We will notify you promptly if such delays occur. 6. Intellectual Property and Deliverables Intellectual property rights remain with SM Consulting and Digital Design until full payment is received. Upon payment, rights to the final deliverables are transferred to you. However, we retain the right to use the work in promotional materials and portfolios unless otherwise agreed in writing. 7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question. 8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of [Insert Jurisdiction]. 9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms.
